Silicom Ltd. (the “Registrant”) will hold an Annual General Meeting of Shareholders on June 5, 2017 at 14:00 (Israel time) at the Registrant’s offices at 14 Atir Yeda Street, Kfar Sava 4464323, Israel (the “Meeting”).

In connection with the Meeting, on or about May 8, 2017, the Registrant will mail to shareholders the Notice of Annual General Meeting, Proxy Statement and Proxy Card.
