Pinnacle Entertainment, Inc. (NASDAQ:PNK) announced today that it will release its 2017 first quarter financial results on Wednesday, May 10, 2017 prior to the market opening, followed by a conference call on the same day at 10:00 a.m. ET (7:00 a.m. PT).
