Nasdaq Announces 19% Increase in Quarterly Dividend to $0.38 Per Share

The Board of Directors of Nasdaq, Inc (Nasdaq:NDAQ) has declared a
regular quarterly dividend of $0.38 per share on the company's
outstanding common stock, an increase of 19% from the prior $0.32
per share quarterly dividend.
The dividend is payable on June 30, 2017 to shareowners of
record at the close of business on June 16, 2017. The Board
of Directors has adopted a dividend policy with the intention to
provide shareholders with regular and growing dividends over the
long term as earnings and cash flow grow.
Future declarations of quarterly dividends and the establishment
of future record and payment dates are subject to approval by the
Board of Directors.
