On April 26, 2017, Santander Consumer USA Holdings Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2017. Copies of the Company’s press release and an investor presentation for the quarter ended March 31, 2017 are attached hereto as Exhibits 99.1 and 99.2, respectively, and incorporated herein by reference.
