Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On April 25, 2017, NuVasive, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2017. A copy of this press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report.

Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

During a conference call scheduled to be held at 1:30 p.m. Pacific Time on April 25, 2017, the Company’s Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and President and Chief Operating Officer will discuss the Company’s results for the quarter ended March 31, 2017 and the Company’s outlook for the year ending December 31, 2017.
