On April 25, 2017, PRA Health Sciences, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the results of the Company’s operations for the quarter ended March 31, 2017. The press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Report and is hereby incorporated by reference in this Item 2.02.
