Other Events.
On April 24, 2017, Medizone International, Inc. (“Registrant”) announced it had entered into a commissioned sales agreement with Innovasource LLC for the promotion and sale of AsepticSure®, Registrant’s patented disinfection technology that combines ozone and hydrogen peroxide to combat bacterial and viral pathogens. The Registrant issued a press release on April 24, 2017 disclosing the agreement. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1.
