AmeriGas Propane Increases Quarterly Distribution for the 13th Consecutive Year

Directors of AmeriGas Propane, Inc., general partner of AmeriGas Partners, L.P. (NYSE: APU), have declared a quarterly partnership distribution of $0.95 per limited partnership unit, payable May 18, 2017 to unitholders of record May 10, 2017.

The annualized distribution will increase to $3.80 per limited partnership unit from the current $3.76 per unit. Jerry Sheridan, president and chief executive officer of AmeriGas, said, “We are pleased to mark our 13th consecutive year of increasing our distribution.
