Explanation of Responses:
(1)  On April 5, 2017, the reporting person resigned as the sole officer and director of Shining Glory Investments Limited ("Shining Glory"), the entity that holds 29,846,000 shares of the Company's common stock, and sold all rights, title, and interest in the common stock of Shining Glory to Yubao Liu in a private transaction which closed on April 20, 2017. Thus the reporting person no longer has any beneficial ownership interests in the 29,846,000 common stock shares held by Shining Glory.
(2)  On April 7, 2017, the reporting person entered into a private stock purchase agreement with Yubao Liu, whereby the reporting person sold 5,000,000 shares of preferred stock in exchange for 5,000,000 RMB ($0.145 USD/share). The sale closed on April 20, 2017. As a result of the transaction the reporting person no longer has any beneficial ownership interests in the preferred stock.
