Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On April 18, 2017, DOCASA, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release providing an update regarding increased shop locations in the United Kingdom of the Company’s subsidiary, Department of Coffee and Social Affairs Limited (“DEPT-UK”), and announcing financial results for the second fiscal quarter ending February 28, 2017. The full text of the press release is set forth in Exhibit 99.1 attached hereto and is incorporated by reference in this Current Report on Form 8-K as if fully set forth herein.
