Item 5.02	Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On April 11, 2017, Kulicke and Soffa Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) agreed with Yih-Neng Lee that he will step down as Senior Vice President, Global Sales, effective immediately. Mr. Lee has agreed to continue with the Company through October 2017 in order to transition responsibilities to Hoang Huy Hoang, the newly appointed Senior Vice President, Global Sales and Aftermarket Products and Services Business Line. Following his departure, Mr. Lee will receive severance payments and benefits in accordance with the Company’s previously filed Executive Severance Pay Plan.
