(NYSE: WCG), a leading provider of managed care services for government-sponsored health care programs, has named Scott Sivik state president of its 'Ohana Health Plan, Inc., based in Hawaii. Sivik has served as the market interim president since September 2016. He reports to David Reynolds, north division senior vice president at WellCare.

Sivik is responsible for 'Ohana's Medicaid, Medicare Advantage and managed long-term care businesses across the state. He will direct provider contracting and relations, sales and marketing, medical management, finance and regulatory compliance.

Sivik received a Bachelor of Science from the University of South Florida in Tampa and a Master of Science in education from Baylor University in Waco, Texas.

As of Dec. 31, 2016, 'Ohana Health Plan has 240 employees in Hawaii and serves approximately 58,000 members through its offices in Kapolei, Honolulu, Hilo and Kahului.
