subsidiary Accurate Venture is changing the direction of its
business model from a company selling retail supplement products to
a fully vertical Hemp Cannabis CBD product company, focusing on
health and wellness products offered directly to patients through
hospitals and doctors. Accurate Venture currently has two
categories of products, first is their pharmaceutical brand,
bioRenovate and second is the Miracle Brand CBD products which is
sold to mass-market consumers in stores and on the internet.
Chief Executive Officer Bill Fisher, commented, Wherever the
consumer is, we have a product for them. On line, in stores or in
the doctors office, we have a product in each vertical. The growth
of the Cannabis sector is very clear. The industry is growing
extremely fast and the consensus of voting US citizens is apparent.
We have been selling CBD hemp products for many years now and
experienced this growth, first hand. Its time to dive in completely
and focus resources to accelerate that growth. I will move Accurate
Ventures mission and business model, entirely to Cannabis CBD, and
