Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On April 3, 2017, eXp World Holdings, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter and fiscal year ended December 31, 2016. A copy of the Company’s April 3, 2017 press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1
