Other Information.

On March 31, 2017, BioDelivery Sciences International, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it has been granted two new patents extending the patent protection around all three of its FDA approved products, BELBUCA® (buprenorphine) buccal film, BUNAVAIL® (buprenorphine and naloxone) buccal film, and ONSOLIS® (fentanyl buccal soluble film). A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
