ING Bank N.V. may be deemed the beneficial owner of 2,487,305 American Depositary Shares, each representing one Class B ordinary share.
	(b)	ING Groep N.V. and ING Bank N.V., a direct wholly-owned subsidiary of ING Groep N.V., may be deemed to be the beneficial owner of 5.52% of Class B ordinary shares based on 45,080,461 Class B ordinary shares issued and outstanding as of March 17, 2017, as reported by the issuer in its Annual Report on Form 20-F, as filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on March 22, 2017.
