Coca-Cola FEMSA announces relevant event

Mexico City, Mexico – March 28, 2017 –Coca-Cola FEMSA, S.A.B. de C.V. (BMV: KOFL; NYSE: KOF) (“Coca-Cola FEMSA” or the “Company”) has refiled with the Mexican Stock Exchange (Bolsa Mexicana de Valores, S.A.B. de C.V.) and the Mexican National Banking and Securities Commission (Comisión Nacional Bancaria y de Valores) information corresponding to the fourth quarter 2016. There are no changes in financial figures; the changes are in the following appendices: complementary data for Statements of Financial Position, complementary data for Income Statement and complementary data for the Income Statement of twelve months, due to incorrect information detected in previous filings.
