On March 23, 2017, Ms. Etti Hanochi informed the board of directors (the “Board”) that she was resigning from the board of directors of Orgenesis Inc. (the “Company”), effective immediately. Ms. Hanochi’s resignation was not the result of any disagreement with the Company or any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
