Item 5.02	Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 20, 2017, Robert O. Murdock resigned from his position as Senior Vice President, Innovation, of Nautilus, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Murdock's resignation is effective April 15, 2017, and he will remain employed by the Company until such date.
