Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On March 16, 2017, the Board of Directors of Tailored Brands, Inc. (the “Company”) promoted Bruce K. Thorn to President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company in recognition of the additional duties he took on throughout fiscal year 2016. There are no material changes to his duties and no anticipated changes to his compensation arrangements at this time. Douglas S. Ewert will continue as Chief Executive Officer of the Company.

On March 22, 2017, the Company issued a press release announcing the promotion of Bruce K. Thorn to President and Chief Operating Officer of the Company.
