CELLCOM ISRAEL ANNOUNCES FILING OF ANNUAL REPORT FOR 201 6

Netanya, Israel – March 20, 201 7 – Cellcom Israel Ltd. (NYSE: CEL) (TASE: CEL) (hereinafter: the "Company") announced that it has filed today its annual report for the year ended December 31, 2016 (on Form 20-F) with the US Securities and Exchange Commission. The annual report will be available for download from the investor relations section of Cellcom Israel's website, http://investors.cellcom.co.il/. Cellcom Israel will furnish a hard copy to any shareholder who so requests, without charge. Such requests may be sent through the Company's website or by sending a postal mail request to Cellcom Israel Ltd., 10 Hagavish Street, Netanya, Israel (attention: Chief Financial Officer).
