Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure

On March 17, 2017, the Company issued a press release announcing that the Company is seeking to refinance approximately $96 million of debt outstanding under its existing Term Loan and $125 million outstanding under its existing Delayed Draw Term Loan.

One or more representatives of the Company will meet with potential lenders in connection with the proposed refinancing. The materials used in connection with these meetings have been posted on the Company’s website ( www.installedbuildingproducts.com ) under the Investor Relations section.
