Borregaard: Repurchase of own shares

16.03.2017: Borregaard ASA ("Borregaard", OSE ticker: BRG)

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice of 27 February 2017 where Borregaard announced the intent to repurchase up to 300,000 of its outstanding common stock.

Borregaard has today purchased 23,671 own shares through broker at an average price of NOK 99,2983 per share.

After this transaction Borregaard holds a total of 484,065 own shares, representing 0.48% of total shares outstanding.

By this transaction, Borregaard has completed its share repurchase programme by repurchasing 300,000 shares of its outstanding common stock.
