settlement of Carrier's patent infringement lawsuit against
Goodman, and Goodman's counterclaims, concerning Carrier's
Infinity® technology, which automatically configures
heating, ventilating and air conditioning (HVAC) systems to work
together upon installation. The agreement resolves litigation
pending in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. The specific terms of the agreement
