solutions at the eXtreme365 2017 conference. The event is scheduled
for March 13-17 in Lisbon, Portugal, at the Epic Sana Hotel.

well as customers who are looking to maximize their current
investments, and connect with Microsoft and other customers.

Christophe Lafont will deliver a presentation titled “Right Price,
Right Time: How Price Optimization and Smart CPQ are Helping ST1
Deliver Dynamic Pricing in a Volatile Market.” In the oil and gas
industry, pricing volatility is a fact of life, affected by
economic, environmental and geopolitical pressures that make it
difficult for both wholesalers and retailers to offer real-time
pricing to their customers. In this session, Lafont will show how
Finnish petroleum manufacturer ST1 uses a combination of automated

Jerome Cahuzac will offer two introductory sessions – CPQ 101 and
Pricing 101:
- CPQ 101 will offer an introduction to
PROS quoting, with demonstrations and hands-on experience.
Participants will learn how to generate quotes, opportunities and
proposals in Microsoft Dynamics 365, as well as how to integrate
with Icertis Contract Management.
- Pricing 101 will introduce the science
of segmentation and how to generate price guidance. Participants
will learn how segmentation data is used to calculate price
negotiations using customer willingness to pay and trending market
prices, and how pricing professionals can leverage data to drive
margins and increase profitability.
