Item 5.03.   Amendment to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.

 

On March 8, 2017, the Company filed a Certificate of Amendment to its Certificate of Incorporation (the “Certificate of Amendment”) with the Secretary of State of the State of Nevada which increased its authorized number of shares of common stock from 500,000,000 to 1,000,000,000.
