Item 5.02 Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On September 30, 2016, the Board of Directors of KinerjaPay Corp. (the "Registrant") received a letter of resignation from Fransiscus Budi Pranata, the Registrant's CFO, to be effective October 31, 2016. A copy of this letter of resignation is attached hereto as Exhibit 17.2. The former CFO informed the Board of Directors that he had no disagreements with the operations, policies or practices of the Registrant or its wholly-subsidiary Indonesian subsidiary.

Effective October 31, 2016, the Registrant's Board of Directors appointed Mr. Edwin Witarsa Ng, the Registrant's Chairman and CEO, as interim CFO.
