Other Events.

On March 1, 2017, Ark Restaurants Corp. issued a press release announcing that its Board of Directors declared its regular dividend of 25 cents per share to be paid on April 3, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on March 17, 2017. A copy of the press release titled “Ark Restaurants Announces Declaration of Dividend” is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
