White Marsh Environmental Systems, Inc. (White Marsh) is pleased to announce the award of a 5-year contract from the Lewes, Delaware Board of Public Works (BPW) to provide operations and maintenance services to the Howard Seymour Water Reclamation Facility and the BPW’s 33 wastewater pump stations in the City of Lewes.  White Marsh will provide 24/7 operations, maintenance services and assist the BPW with capital planning, quality control programs and preventive maintenance programs.  The contract became effective February 28th 2017.  White Marsh is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Tidewater Utilities, Inc.

“The Howard Seymour Water Reclamation Facility is located in Tidewater’s largest service district, allowing us to make this a seamless transition for our operations,” said Jerry Esposito, President, Tidewater Utilities, Inc.  “We are able to save the BPW money by incorporating their facility into our operational rotation with our many other treatment facilities located nearby.  In addition, White Marsh is able to offer the BPW a deep bench of expertise in all areas of environmental resource management,” added Esposito.

Three of White Marsh’s affiliated companies provide PSC-regulated water and wastewater services in Delaware.
