On March 1, 2017, TransDigm Group Incorporated (“TransDigm Group”) issued a press release (the “Press Release”) announcing that its wholly-owned subsidiary, TransDigm Inc., had successfully completed the previously announced private offering of an additional $300 million aggregate principal amount of 6.500% Senior Subordinated Notes due 2025.
