Explanatory Note

This Amended Current Report is being filed to amend the Current Report ( “ Current Report ” ), filed on January 27, 2017. In the Current Report, Wrapmail, Inc. (the “ Company ” ) mistakenly disclosed that Rolv Heggenhougen resigned from his positions with the Company on December 23, 2016. The correct date of his resignation is actually January 23, 2017.
