Due to a technical issue with one of our information technology reporting systems, the Registrant is unable to finalize its statement of cash flows for its Form 10-Q for the fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2016. Accordingly, the Form 10-Q cannot be filed within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense. The Registrant does not expect its previously reported ending cash balance of $368.8 million as of December 31, 2016 to change.
