Other Events

FINRA has completed their corporate action review of Tiger Reef, Inc.’s (“ Tiger Reef ”) corporate name change effected on October 24, 2016 and request for a new trading symbol.  Effective February 1, 2017 Tiger Reef’s common stock will trade on the OTCQB under the new trading symbol TRFF.  In conjunction with this trading symbol change, Tiger Reef’s new CUSIP number is 88680R102.

Tiger Reef issued a press release on January 31, 2017 announcing the symbol change.  A copy of this press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and incorporated herein by reference.
