On January 27 , 2017, Coffee Holding Co., Inc. (the “Company” or “Coffee Holding”) issued a press release disclosing certain information regarding its results of operations for the year ended October 31, 2016. A copy of the press release is furnished hereto under Item 2.02 as Exhibit 99.1.
