PART III — NARRATIVE
The Company has experienced delays in gathering and compiling the information necessary to draft a complete and accurate Form 10-Q. As a result of the delays, the Company is not able to file its Form 10-Q by the prescribed filing date without unreasonable effort and expense. The Company currently anticipates that it will be able to file the Form 10-Q on or before the extended deadline of January 23, 2017.
