Changes in Registrant’s Certifying Accountant.

 

On November 22, 2016, Cabinet Grow, Inc. (the “Company”) engaged KLJ & Associates, LLP (the “KLJ”) as its new independent registered public accounting firm effective immediately. The Company’s Board of Directors approved the engagement of KLJ.
