                             Domestic Trend 
 
   In the south, long grain milled rice prices mostly steady, instances .75 lower 
in Arkansas; medium grain milled rice prices mostly steady, instances 1.00 lower 
in Arkansas.  Parboiled prices mostly steady, instance .50-1.25 lower in 
Arkansas.  Second head prices mostly steady, instance .25 lower in Arkansas. 
Brewers rice prices steady.  Rice by-products:  Rice Bran prices mostly steady, 
instances 10.00 lower in Arkansas; Millfeed and Ground rice hulls prices steady. 
   In California, medium grain milled rice prices steady.  Second head and 
Brewers prices steady to weak.  Rice by-products:  Rice Bran and hull prices 
mostly steady. 
   CME Rough Rice settlements for Friday 13th, Mar 17 closed .08 lower at 9.90; 
May 17 closed .08 lower at 10.125.  US dollar index on Friday settled at 101.19.
