Exchange Offers

On January 6, 2017, Intelsat S.A. issued a press release which announced the final results for the previously announced private exchange offers by its indirect wholly-owned subsidiary, Intelsat Connect Finance S.A. (“ICF”), for 6.75% Senior Notes due 2018 issued by another of its indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries, Intelsat (Luxembourg) S.A. (“Intelsat Luxembourg”), and 7.75% Senior Notes due 2021 issued by Intelsat Luxembourg.
