Pursuant to our announcement dated January 25, 2015, merger of our affiliates, Lifecell Ventures Coöperatief U.A. (formerly known as Beltur Coöperatief U.A., “Lifecell Ventures”) and Euroasia Telecommunications Holdings Coöperatief U.A. (formerly known as Euroasia Telecommunications Holdings B.V., “ETH”) has been completed through the acquisition of ETH by Lifecell Ventures.
