Flushing Bank Sells Building on Hollis Court in Queens, New York

Flushing Financial Corporation (the “Company”) (Nasdaq:FFIC), the
parent holding company for Flushing Bank (the “Bank”), announced
today that the Bank has sold its property at 188-08 Hollis Court,
Auburndale, NY. The Bank utilized Cushman & Wakefield to market
the property.
The Flushing Bank branch will remain open until
a new updated branch location with close proximity to the current
facility is ready for occupancy.

enhance the customer experience with modern branches that offer
convenient access that aligns with the growth in the market.”
