Due to unforeseeable circumstances causing delays in the preparation and review of its financial statements for the fiscal year ended September 30, 2016,  mLight Tech, Inc. (the " Company ") is unable to file its Annual Report on Form 10-K within the prescribed time period without unreasonable effort or expense. The Company respectfully requests an extension and expects to file the Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year September 30, 2016 within the applicable extension period provided by this form.
