On December 21, 2016, Mr. Thomas Williams resigned his position on Fidelity & Guaranty Life’s Board of Directors effective December 31, 2016. Mr. Williams resigned his position to pursue other endeavors and not as a result of any disagreement with Fidelity & Guaranty Life.
