On December 20, 2016, Amaya Inc. (the “Company”) issued a news release confirming that discussions with its former Chief Executive Officer, David Baazov, regarding the offer to acquire the Company by an entity to be formed, have terminated. A copy of the news release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.
