J.B. Hunt Transport Services, Inc. (NASDAQ: JBHT) announced that it is participating in Wreaths Across America for the third consecutive year. Wreaths Across America is a nonprofit devoted to honoring fallen military members by laying wreaths on their graves each December.

Twenty-three military veteran drivers from J.B. Hunt are taking part in this year’s event. The trucks are hauling more than 50,000 wreaths on eight routes to Arlington National Cemetery in Va., Houston National Cemetery, and Fayetteville National Cemetery in Ark. On Saturday, Dec. 17, volunteers at these locations will join thousands nationwide and place wreaths on the graves of fallen military members. More than 500 J.B. Hunt employees are expected to volunteer. At the Fayetteville, Ark. location on Saturday, J.B. Hunt will volunteer alongside the general public.

In addition to Saturday’s national event, J.B. Hunt drivers have also participated in local memorial ceremonies along their convoy routes for communities to remember those who served.
