On December 8, 2016, Robert Roller resumed his duties and responsibilities as President of WPCS International - Suisun City, Inc., a subsidiary of WPCS International Incorporated (the “Company”). In connection therewith, the Company rescinded the notice of non-renewal previously given to Mr. Roller with respect to his employment agreement with the Company.
