Explanation of Responses:
( 1)  The transaction in this line of this Form 4 was previously reported on a Form 4 filed on November 25, 2016 (the "Prior Form 4"). However, the reporting person is re-reporting the transaction in this line of this Form 4 to correct an error in the footnote of the Prior Form 4. The footnote of the Prior Form 4 indicated that the reporting person purchased 10,000 shares rather than sold 10,000 shares. The corrected footnote is set forth in footnote (2) below.
( 2)  CORRECTED FOOTNOTE: The price reported in Column 4 is a weighted average price. These shares were sold in multiple transactions at prices ranging from $25.30 to $25.40, inclusive.
