Yankee Analysts, a source of micro-cap and penny stock research, has been publishing ongoing technical analysis reports on the trading performance of Alternet Systems, Inc. (ALYI) since the Company entered negotiations with North American Cannabis Holding’s (USMJ) in a deal where ALYI would enter the cannabis sector with a retail payment system for the legal marijuana market.  Following the first indication of the potential deal between ALYI and USMJ, ALYI’s stock increased dramatically on high trading volume from $0.0013 to $0.06 pulling back and trading since then between $0.01 and $0.02.  Technical analysis published by Yankee Analysts indicates the current trading is a strong trend being neither over-bought nor over-sold.  Wall Street Corner Report considers the current strong trend as a platform from which the ALYI PPS can launch when ALYI and USMJ finalize their deal.  Given that USMJ has indicated the anticipated ALYI transaction will be similar to a transaction between USMJ and Puration, Inc. (PURA), we expect any further ALYI news will be subsequent to a dividend pay-date announcement from USMJ anticipated in conjunction with the PURA deal.  An increase in ALYI PPS in reaction to a USMJ and PURA dividend pay-date announcement would not be surprising, but we expect the major opportunity for an increase in ALYI PPS will come when ALYI and USMJ finalize the deal between ALYI and USMJ.
