Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers

On November 28, 2016, Dr. David D’Argenio, outside director, resigned from Simulations Plus, Inc., a California corporation (the "Company"), effective as of November 28, 2016. Dr. D’Argenio decided to retire.
