Attached is the English translation of the summary of the letter dated November 30, 2016, filed by the Company with the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires and the Comisión Nacional de Valores .

By letter dated November 30, 2016, the Company reported that IDB Development Corporation Ltd. Has informed to Tel Aviv Stock Exchange the issuance of Notes Serie 12 in the israelí market for a total amount of NIS 383,500,000 due 2019 at an annual fixed interest rate of 6.95%. The funds will be used to cancel existing liabilities.
