Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.

On November 30, 2016, Otonomy, Inc. (the “Company”) is presenting at the 28 ^th Annual Piper Jaffray Healthcare Conference in New York City. At the presentation, the Company is informing the attendees that the Company has fully enrolled its Phase 3 clinical trial of OTIPRIO ^® in patients with acute otitis externa (AOE), with 262 patients enrolled, and that it expects to announce topline results from this trial as soon as available, which the Company expects to be within four to six weeks.
